Seattle Cannabis Co., one of Washington State’s most experienced cannabis retailers, is seeking Part-Time Sales Associates to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is responsible, outgoing, and motivated to provide exceptional customer experiences. No prior cannabis experience is required. We will provide the training. We are looking for individuals who are ready to be productive, helpful, and professional from day one.
Schedule Requirements
Minimum availablity of 1–2 shifts during the week plus 1–2 shifts on the weekend
Weekend availability is required
Required Qualifications
Must be 21 years of age or older
Customer service experience is required
Cash handling experience is required
Responsible, accountable, and willing to learn
Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor
Preferred Qualifications
Cannabis knowledge or previous experience in the industry
About the Position
This is a serious, professional role. At Seattle Cannabis Co., we have high standards for customer service, timeliness, knowledge, and flexibility. We expect our Sales Associates to actively contribute to the store by providing exceptional service and guidance to customers, demonstrating product knowledge and a willingness to learn, maintaining a clean, organized, and professional environment, handling cash, checking IDs, and processing sales accurately, assisting with restocking, labeling, and other operational tasks as needed, and supporting your team and contributing to overall store productivity.

Compensation
Starting pay is $21.30 per hour plus daily tips, averaging $3 to $10 per hour
